Liebe Lendwirbel-Freund:innen, neu Interessierte, langjährige Besuchende und Mitgestaltende,
wir möchten euch herzlich einladen, gemeinsam mit uns den Lendwirbel 2023 abzubilden! Im Rahmen des „brunch office“ suchen wir 7-8 Teilnehmer:innen mit Interesse am Bild, die den Wirbel in Bild (und Ton) erfassen möchten. Egal ob Bewegtbild oder Stillleben, Reportage oder Menschenbild, es gibt Platz für alle! Wir bieten euch einen freien Arbeitsraum in unserem Atelier RAUM in der Griesgasse 26, wo ihr eure Vor- und Nachbereitung durchführen, erste Testdrucke machen oder eure Serien sequenzieren und Kurzfilme schneiden könnt. Wir unterstützen euch dabei in eurem kreativen Prozess und freuen uns, eure Blickwinkel kennenzulernen.

Das Ergebnis des Projekts wird ein visuelles Echo des Lendwirbels sein, das entweder direkt wieder zurück in den Wirbel und damit den öffentlichen Raum findet oder auch für das Echo sorgen wird, das den Lendwirbel auch nach dieser sehr intensiven Woche ausklingen lässt. Das kann in einer Ausstellung, einer Intervention im öffentlichen Raum oder auf digitalem Weg stattfinden.
Wenn ihr im Rahmen eines Praktikums oder einfach aus Lust am Wirbeln Interesse daran habt, heuer das Nachbarschaftsfest der Herzen abzubilden, meldet euch gerne via Instagram oder per Mail an raumgraz@gmail.com bei uns!

Dear Lendwirbel-friends, new interested people, longtime visitors and co-creators,
You’re warmly invited to join us in documenting the Lendwirbel 2023! As part of the „brunch office“ we are looking for 7-8 participants with an interest in images who would like to capture the Lendwirbel in pictures (and sound). Whether you work with moving image, still life, documentary photography or portraiture, there is room for all!
We are offering a free space in our studio RAUM at Griesgasse 26, where you can do your pre- and post-processing, make your first test prints or sequence your series and edit short films. We will support you in your creative process and look forward to getting to know your perspectives.

The result of the project will be a visual echo of the Lendwirbel, which will either find its way directly back into the program of Lendwirbel in a public space, or resound as the echo that will let the Lendwirbel fade out after this very intense week. This can take place in an exhibition, an intervention in public space or on digital platforms.
